Bio

Isabella Lown is a dancer and choreographer from the midwest. She started her training at Misty's Dance Unlimited as a member of the Pre Professional Program & Traveling Team. She then moved to Chicago at 16 to pursue a wider range of dance experience. In Chicago she was a member of Beyond Words Dance Company & The Kate Jablonski Statement where she had the opportunity to perform internationally in Croatia with the company. After graduating high school she was 1 of 37 students chosen to be a part of the inaugural year of the CLI Conservatory. After leaving CLI, she signed with Bloc Talent Agency upon moving to Los Angeles. During her time at CLI & since moving to LA, she has had the pleasure of working with Teddy Forance, Robert Green, Zoi Tatopoulos, Brian Nicholson, Jakevis Thomason, Chaz Buzan, The Seaweed Sisters, Sadeck Berrabah, Monika Felice Smith, Sabrina Phillip & more. With this knowledge & experience, she has had the honor of teaching masterclasses and choreographing on dancers nationwide. She choreographed a music video "That's What Love Does" for Syd Franklin as well as directed, choreographed, and edited two visual projects within the past year, Alejandro and Cry Me A River. She has had success choreographing on screen but has also presented her work on professional stages in Los Angeles such as Club Jete, Choreographers Carnival, Reconstruct Exhibition, Journey Dance Awards. She was also chosen as a Choreographers Cup finalist at Dance Educators Collective this past summer. Along with choreography she is a judge and convention teacher on GuiDANCE Experience and AMP Dance Competition.
